Dr. Akhila is streaming YOGA online sessions through ZOOM classes for Adults and kids, she is also active on Social Media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LIVE SESSIONS.

She is conducting Monthly Webinars and Workshops on YOGA & Naturopathy in Women’s Wellness for all women related to Health Issues and disorders. She wants to immerse and devote her knowledge and experience to Women’s Wellness. She proved that LOCKDOWN mode should not be a SHUTDOWN mode.

In June 2020 Embassy of India to Kuwait announced Global Prizes for the “My Life My Yoga” video blogging contest conducted by the Ministry of AYUSH. Dr. Akhila Vinod won in the Adults category and her daughter Meenakshi Vinod as Youth Won First place was facilitated in a ceremony conducted by the Indian Embassy of Kuwait. Indeed a great honor and achievement.
